Let us take a type of reaction- anger
What is at the center of one's anger?
I am not talking about whether the issue itself is important or whether you are right or wrong about it just about getting angry
I would like to suggest that consciously and or subconsciously,if we are truly honest with ourselves, it is that we cannot stomach that someone does not agree with us,is not on board with how we look at life or this situation specifically
So the real source of anger is arrogance..Whaaaaaat!!!!...not meee!!!!..yes you me and others, the sooner we acknowledge it the sooner we progress

When we learn to make space for other people to express themselves , be themselves and even try and understand them even if we think they are talking nonsense, we broaden the possibly of building bridges and gain some humility where even we might eventually see the arrogance in anger
